Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water, very warm but not boiling
- 1 cup cold water
- Optional: a few drops of natural flavoring or sugar-free flavor mix
Instructions
- Pour the hot water into a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the water.

- Add the cold water and mix gently.
- Pour the liquid into a shallow dish or mold.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until fully set.
