Instructions
- Pour the hot water or Herbal Tea into a heat-safe glass or mug.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin evenly over the water.
- Stir continuously for about 20β30 seconds until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture sit for 1β2 minutes.
- Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a cooler, thicker texture.
- Drink slowly.
- The drink should be smooth and lightly thickened, not fully set like jelly.
Notes
Drink before meals, in the evening, or during fasting to help manage appetite. Use only unflavored gelatin. Stir well to prevent clumps. Optional: a squeeze of lemon can enhance the taste without altering the effect.
