Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water or herbal tea until hot but not boiling.
- Add 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- (Optional) Add ½ cup cold water to improve texture and let cool slightly.
- If using flavor enhancers (lemon juice, cinnamon, etc.), stir them in now.
- Drink warm or refrigerate until set for a soft gel snack.
- Consume 20–30 minutes before meals for best appetite control.
